Once your order is placed, available shipping details and estimated delivery times will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Order processing
All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days from Stockholm, Sweden (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order has been placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Please note that during periods of high demand, limited releases, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and local courier operations. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped.
While we work exclusively with reputable courier partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
VITALITY cannot predict or control these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the order may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier. In such cases, the original shipment will not be refunded.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Damaged or missing shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your shipment has been lost in transit, please contact us promptly at customercare@vitalitybioskin.com so that we can assist you.
For damaged deliveries, we may request photographic documentation to support a claim with the courier.
